Shipping and transit times
You will find the duration of your order during the ordering process and in the product description. This information refers to deliveries to Germany. We process your order as quickly as possible of course. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
World-wide shipping
Germany: The shipping costs are 5,99 EUR
Europe: The shipping costs are 14,99 EUR
International: The shipping costs are 49,99 EUR
Undeliverable packages
If your parcel cannot be delivered, you will receive an information from us. If a parcel cannot be delivered after several attempts, it will be returned to us.
Do you still have an order open? If yes, please ask for a delivery date!
In order to save you shipping costs, we combine a new order with an open order and send everything in one package as soon as all items are available. Of course you can also contact our customer service who will be happy to help you at any time.
Customs duties and taxes outside the EU
International orders are subject to the import duties and taxes (VAT) regulations in the recipient country. We are not responsible for this, nor can we offer you specific advice on potential customs duties. For specific information, please contact the customs authority responsible for your region.
Returns & Exchanges outside the EU
If you return a product, you become an exporter from your country. The transfer of risk to us only takes place upon receipt of your return. Your shipping service provider will help you, if necessary for a fee, to recover part or all taxes and duties you paid upon importation. Please contact your shipping service provider to receive this service.

Your privacy is important to us and we strive to meet your expectations for the protection of your privacy. Cross-border shipments are subject to customs control. We are required to provide certain information such as order, delivery and product information to our shipping service providers. This information is communicated to the customs authorities for the purpose of customs clearance. Payment in advance:
You will receive our bank details and the purpose of payment after completion with your order confirmation. You simply pay in advance and receive the goods conveniently and inexpensively delivered to your home after receipt of payment.
