Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of application

The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

2. Contracting partner, conclusion of contract

The purchase agreement shall be made with net SE.

By placing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract for these items. This contract shall be concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in your shopping basket by clicking the Order button. Immediately after submitting an order, you shall receive further confirmation via email.

A binding contract may also be concluded at an earlier stage as follows:

▪   If you have selected PayPal as your method of payment, the contract is concluded when you confirm your payment instruction to PayPal.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs shall be charged in addition to the product prices indicated. You can find further details of the shipping costs with our product offerings.

4. Payment

The following payment options are available to you in our shop:


You can pay the invoice amount via the online payment provider PayPal. You must already be registered there or complete registration, identify yourself with your login details and confirm your payment instruction to us (with the possible exception of guest access). Further information is available when ordering.

With the exception of PayPal/PayPal Express, 0 per cent of the purchase price shall be incurred as costs.

Other payment services providers with immediate payment options

We offer the following additional payment types:

Moneybookers, which offers creadit cart payment and regional EU payment methods.

5. Customer collection

We shall only deliver goods via dispatch. Unfortunately, it is not possible for customers to collect goods themselves.

6. Reservation of title

Goods shall remain our property until payment is effected in full.

7. Transportation damage

If goods are delivered with apparent transportation damage, please make a complaint about such defects to the deliverer immediately and make contact with us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or make contact with us shall have no consequences for your legal claims or their enforcement, particularly your warranty claims. However, you will be helping us to assert our own claims against the carrier and/or transport insurance policy.

8. Warranty and guarantee

Statutory warranty rights shall apply. Information regarding any supplementary guarantees applicable and their exact terms and conditions can be found together with the product and on the dedicated information pages in our online shop.

9. Contract text storage

We shall save the text of the contract and send you the order information and our Terms & Conditions via email. You may view and download the Terms & Conditions on this page at any time. You may view your previous orders in our customer login area.

10. Contract language

The languages available for the conclusion of a contract are German and English.



Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party named by you that is not the carrier, take or have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (net AG, Jahnstraße 3, 56075 Koblenz, Germany, info@netag.de, Tel.:  +49 (0)2 61 - 133 89 - 0, Fax:  +49 (0)2 61 - 133 89 - 10) of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an email). You may use the withdrawal form template below, although this format is not mandatory.

The withdrawal period shall be deemed observed if notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal has been sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we shall repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising if you selected a method of delivery that differs from the standard, cheapest method of delivery we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this Agreement. To carry out this repayment, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case shall you be charged for any such repayment. We may refuse this repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us, or to Eulenbach Verpackungs & Industrieservice GmbH, Am Graben 2-6, D-42477 Radevormwald, Germany, immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this Agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the expiry of this fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this decrease in value results from your handling the goods other than what is necessary to check the condition, features and functionality of the goods.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the following agreements:

▪   Agreements for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
